Refunds & Returns Policy – Wooden Trays

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your wooden tray must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized wooden trays

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any wooden tray not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
